Acting
Loosening clamps, posture, real emotions on cue and taking feedback calmly. The things a photographer and a casting director notice in the first minute.

- Feedback
Acting and choreography every Saturday, a professional shoot every month. Kids learn to hear and understand the task, work with emotions and enjoy the process, and parents see their professional growth and a portfolio that keeps filling up.
Children are split into groups by age. Two subjects, one hour each: while one group works with the acting coach, the other is with the choreographer, then they swap.
Loosening clamps, posture, real emotions on cue and taking feedback calmly. The things a photographer and a casting director notice in the first minute.
Coordination, rhythm and feeling the body in the frame. Each month the group learns a routine, and we film it as a mini clip.

THEME 01[Frame Lab] is our monthly practice on a real set: a new task every month and one-on-one work with Alena. It is part of the school programme and also a format of its own. About Frame Lab →
We see our students at work every week, so we know their strengths, how they take direction and how they grow. When a brief fits, they are the first we recommend to brands through LÁ Model Agency.
We give no guarantees and don't promise everyone castings, shoots or contracts. But we genuinely care about our kids' success and do everything we can to help as many of them as possible take the first step. Some kids we pass on to our partner agencies, where they have castings we don't.
We raise professionals — confident on camera and in life
We shoot kids regularly ourselves and have seen the international market from the inside. There, it's not the prettiest who win but the best prepared: those who hear the photographer's brief, work as a team and control their body and emotions. Russia's best-known models started out in small towns with no connections — the world recognised them not only for their looks but for their professionalism.
That's what we teach: posing and movement on camera, working with emotions, communicating with the photographer and the crew on set. We want brands to choose our kids again and again, and the kids to land shoot after shoot with confidence — in Russia and beyond. And we're genuinely happy about every success: when the kids grow, so do we.
