Privacy policy

Version 1.0 · effective from 24.10.2026

1. General provisions

This policy describes how personal data is processed when you use the website latalentlab.com (the "Site") and the services of LÁ TALENT LAB: the talent school, Frame Lab shoots, model tests, LÁ Model Agency and LÁ Production. The policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006.

Consent to the processing of personal data is given separately, by ticking the checkbox in a Site form: see Consent to data processing.

2. Operator

  • Name: Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Andreevich Yukaev (IP Yukaev S. A.)
  • INN: 771477007785 · OGRNIP: 313774628300090
  • Address: Moscow, Russian Federation
  • Email for data requests: hello@latalentlab.com

3. What data we process

  • Parents and legal representatives: name, phone number, email, messenger contact.
  • Children: name, age, height and other parameters, city, photos and video, information about the school group and shoots.
  • Brand and production clients: name, company, position, contact details, brief details.
  • Technical data: cookies, IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, traffic source (including UTM tags).

We do not process special categories of personal data. Photos and video of children are used only for the purposes listed below.

4. Why we process it

  • to respond to requests and book trial classes, model tests and shoots;
  • to consider an application to the agency database and offer the child to castings that fit the brief;
  • to conclude and perform contracts with parents and clients;
  • to prepare portfolios, model cards and Frame Lab galleries;
  • to send service messages about classes, shoots and castings;
  • to analyse how the Site is used and improve it.

5. Legal grounds

We process data on the basis of consent of the data subject or of the child's parent or legal representative, and for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

6. Children's data

Data of children under 18 is processed only with the consent of a parent or legal representative, who submits the form on the child's behalf. Photos and video of a child are published on the Site, in social media or shown to brands only with separate consent of the parent. A parent may withdraw this consent at any time; we will then remove the materials from our resources within 30 days.

7. How data is processed and stored

Processing includes collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation tools. When personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is collected, it is recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation (hosting provider Jino, Moscow).

After being recorded in a database in the Russian Federation, requests from the Site forms are sent to the team's corporate email (Yandex 360, servers in the Russian Federation), accessible only to authorised staff. The team's messenger receives only a service notification about a new request, with no personal data. Personal data from the Site forms is not transferred outside the Russian Federation.

8. Transfer to third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only:

  • with brands, production companies and partner agencies, when a child is offered for a casting or a job, and only with the parent's consent;
  • with service providers that help us run the Site and services (hosting, email, analytics), under data processing agreements;
  • with public authorities, where required by law.

Cross-border transfer (for example, to partner agencies in Asia or Europe for an international job) is carried out only with the parent's separate consent for that job.

9. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or until consent is withdrawn, and then deleted within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. Data in the agency database is kept while the child is represented by the agency.

10. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your or your child's data, ask to correct, block or delete it, and withdraw your consent by writing to hello@latalentlab.com. We reply within 10 working days. You also have the right to appeal to Roskomnadzor or to court.

11. Security

We take legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure: limited staff access, secured connections (HTTPS), and storage with access control.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown above.
