An international model agency representing selected talents.
We curate, prepare, and present children for professional projects, working with brands, productions, and partner agencies.
ONE SYSTEM, NOT TWO SEPARATE PATHS
For those just starting out, the most natural entry into the industry today is through education.
At school, we see more than appearance — we see how a child works in frame, responds to direction, collaborates, and grows over time.
That is why our students are the first to be included in our agency base and recommended to partners, brands, and international agencies.
We take responsibility for those we represent.
Industry Preparation Program
What we give children beyond the frame
It is a carefully structured route from understanding the industry to confident, professional work on set — with real practice, feedback and growth.
A structured path from first steps to confident performance on set — real industry experience for children and teenagers.
Acting for camera and real industry work
Acting at LÁ TALENT LAB is not about theatre for theatre's sake. It is about presence, focus and the ability to stay alive in front of the camera — in real working conditions.
We teach children to understand tasks quickly, stay emotionally open, work with partners and adapt to different formats — from auditions to shoots.
Real industry experience. Not just creativity.
FRAME LAB is our core practical program focused on real industry experience. It is designed for children and teenagers who want not just to explore creativity, but to understand how the industry works and how to confidently operate within it.
We do not train rigid, over-posed "models." We develop individuality, adaptability and a clear understanding of context — whilst keeping the child expressive, natural and alive.
In a world where visual culture is a language and shooting can become real work from an early age, talent alone is not enough. What matters is the ability to read the task, adapt quickly, work with focus and deliver results in real conditions.
At LÁ TALENT LAB, we created FRAME LAB as a structured path from first steps to confident performance on set.
FRAME LAB develops exactly these skills — the ones that make a child reliable and confident in a professional environment.
Based on our international experience, brands and agencies consistently prioritise children who:
Understand the brief and the format
They know what's expected before stepping on set and can interpret creative direction quickly.
Stay focused in front of the camera
They maintain concentration and energy throughout long shoots without losing presence.
Adapt quickly when conditions change
They respond flexibly to last-minute adjustments in lighting, styling or creative direction.
Read the task intuitively
They understand what the photographer or director needs without excessive instruction.
Work efficiently without unnecessary takes
They deliver strong results quickly, saving time and budget on production.
For confidence, clear speech and self-presentation
feel comfortable in front of the camera
stay present and focused under pressure
understand direction and adjust quickly
can work naturally, without stiffness or overacting
That develop imagination, visual thinking and storytelling
Teamwork, responsibility, task awareness and interaction with the industry
The program is built around applied skills and real scenarios:
- body language and emotional expression
- posing adapted to the task and shooting format
- understanding briefs and expected results
- working with props, partners, light and space
- camera awareness and working on mark
- professional and ethical behaviour on set
- self-presentation, flexibility and confidence
- teamwork and communication within a production crew
FRAME LAB is not theory-based learning.
FRAME LAB is not abstract learning.
Children regularly participate in practical shoots where we work with scenarios taken from real brand briefs and casting situations. These sessions mirror real production processes and allow students to experience the industry from the inside.
Through practice, mistakes, feedback and repetition, children grow faster and with real understanding of how the system works.
This is where they truly open up — and become part of our professional agency database
Our goal goes beyond creative expression for entertainment.
We provide tools that stay with children in life:
These skills remain valuable regardless of whether a child continues in modelling, acting or chooses a different path later.
Alena Yukaeva
Photographer, stylist, model scout, booker and co-founder of LÁ TALENT LAB.
Alena lives and works between Russian, China and Korea and has extensive experience producing and photographing projects for international brands across Asia. She has prepared numerous children and teenagers for real contracts and understands industry processes from both sides of the camera.
Thanks to her approach, students receive not just visually strong portfolios, but practical tools that help them get approved for real shoots and agency work worldwide.
This is not abstract theory. Each class is practice, analysis, correction — and practice again.
Filipp Savinkov
Actor, acting coach, theatre and film professional
Filipp has over 15 years of experience working with children and young performers. A graduate of the M.S. Shchepkin Theatre School, he has performed on professional theatre stages and worked extensively in film and acting education.
His approach combines classical acting foundations with practical, modern industry experience. He works attentively with each student's individuality — helping them move from first steps to confident, natural performance.
In professional environments, acting skills go far beyond performance. They shape confidence, clear communication and the ability to hold attention — qualities that are essential both on set and in life.
The program is practice-based and focused on applied skills:
- releasing physical and emotional blocks
- emotional awareness and control
- voice, diction, breathing and rhythm of speech
- body language and presence in frame
- partner work and group interaction
- improvisation and reacting in the moment
- script analysis and preparation for shoots
- working with direction and real on-set tasks
Each session is a mix of exercises, scene work, feedback and refinement.
We do not separate acting from real work. Skills developed in class are directly applied during shoots, castings and
FRAME LAB practice sessions.
This allows children to:
- feel confident in unfamiliar situations
- work naturally on camera
- understand how acting functions inside real production processes
Brands, directors and casting teams value children who:
feel comfortable in front of the camera, stay present and focused under pressure, understand direction and adjust quickly, can work naturally, without stiffness or overacting.
Acting becomes a foundation for confident industry work.
