TALENT SCHOOL

LÁ TALENT LAB is a talent school for kids and teens,
where we focus on all-round development and creative potential.
Practice plays a key role in learning, and industry experience becomes a natural extension of growth.

Philosophy
OUR APPROACH
We believe that real growth starts with comprehensive development.

Talent is not just a skill — it is a combination of awareness, confidence, sensitivity, and the ability to adapt.

At LÁ TALENT LAB, we focus on developing the child as a whole.
Creative thinking, emotional intelligence, physical awareness, and the ability to work with others are just as important as technique.

Practice plays a central role in our learning process.
Not as pressure, but as a natural way to apply skills, gain confidence, and understand real-world contexts. Children learn through experience, reflection, and continuous improvement.

We create a safe and supportive environment where students can explore, make mistakes, grow, and discover their individuality.
Our goal is not to shape identical performers, but to help each child develop their own voice, presence, and creative strength.

Industry experience becomes a continuation of this process — not an obligation, but an opportunity that comes with readiness.

ONE SYSTEM, NOT TWO SEPARATE PATHS
For those just starting out, the most natural entry into the industry today is through education.

At school, we see more than appearance — we see how a child works in frame, responds to direction, collaborates, and grows over time.

That is why our students are the first to be included in our agency base and recommended to partners, brands, and international agencies.

We take responsibility for those we represent.

02 - Acting Skills
Acting for camera and real industry work
Why it matters
Acting at LÁ TALENT LAB is not about theatre for theatre's sake. It is about presence, focus and the ability to stay alive in front of the camera — in real working conditions.
We teach children to understand tasks quickly, stay emotionally open, work with partners and adapt to different formats — from auditions to shoots.
What is FRAME LAB?
Real industry experience. Not just creativity.
FRAME LAB is our core practical program focused on real industry experience. It is designed for children and teenagers who want not just to explore creativity, but to understand how the industry works and how to confidently operate within it.
We do not train rigid, over-posed "models." We develop individuality, adaptability and a clear understanding of context — whilst keeping the child expressive, natural and alive.
In a world where visual culture is a language and shooting can become real work from an early age, talent alone is not enough. What matters is the ability to read the task, adapt quickly, work with focus and deliver results in real conditions.
At LÁ TALENT LAB, we created FRAME LAB as a structured path from first steps to confident performance on set.
FRAME LAB develops exactly these skills — the ones that make a child reliable and confident in a professional environment.
Based on our international experience, brands and agencies consistently prioritise children who:
Understand the brief and the format
They know what's expected before stepping on set and can interpret creative direction quickly.
Stay focused in front of the camera
They maintain concentration and energy throughout long shoots without losing presence.
Adapt quickly when conditions change
They respond flexibly to last-minute adjustments in lighting, styling or creative direction.
Read the task intuitively
They understand what the photographer or director needs without excessive instruction.
Work efficiently without unnecessary takes
They deliver strong results quickly, saving time and budget on production.
Acting techniques
For confidence, clear speech and self-presentation
feel comfortable in front of the camera
stay present and focused under pressure
understand direction and adjust quickly
can work naturally, without stiffness or overacting
Creative disciplines
That develop imagination, visual thinking and storytelling
Practice as discipline
Teamwork, responsibility, task awareness and interaction with the industry
The program is built around applied skills and real scenarios:
  • body language and emotional expression
  • posing adapted to the task and shooting format
  • understanding briefs and expected results
  • working with props, partners, light and space
  • camera awareness and working on mark
  • professional and ethical behaviour on set
  • self-presentation, flexibility and confidence
  • teamwork and communication within a production crew
FRAME LAB is not theory-based learning.
FRAME LAB is not abstract learning.
Children regularly participate in practical shoots where we work with scenarios taken from real brand briefs and casting situations. These sessions mirror real production processes and allow students to experience the industry from the inside.

Through practice, mistakes, feedback and repetition, children grow faster and with real understanding of how the system works.

This is where they truly open up — and become part of our professional agency database
Our goal goes beyond creative expression for entertainment.

We provide tools that stay with children in life:
These skills remain valuable regardless of whether a child continues in modelling, acting or chooses a different path later.
Alena Yukaeva
Photographer, stylist, model scout, booker and co-founder of LÁ TALENT LAB.
Alena lives and works between Russian, China and Korea and has extensive experience producing and photographing projects for international brands across Asia. She has prepared numerous children and teenagers for real contracts and understands industry processes from both sides of the camera.

Thanks to her approach, students receive not just visually strong portfolios, but practical tools that help them get approved for real shoots and agency work worldwide.
Mentor
This is not abstract theory. Each class is practice, analysis, correction — and practice again.
Filipp Savinkov
Actor, acting coach, theatre and film professional
Filipp has over 15 years of experience working with children and young performers. A graduate of the M.S. Shchepkin Theatre School, he has performed on professional theatre stages and worked extensively in film and acting education.
His approach combines classical acting foundations with practical, modern industry experience. He works attentively with each student's individuality — helping them move from first steps to confident, natural performance.
In professional environments, acting skills go far beyond performance. They shape confidence, clear communication and the ability to hold attention — qualities that are essential both on set and in life.

What we work on
The program is practice-based and focused on applied skills:

  • releasing physical and emotional blocks
  • emotional awareness and control
  • voice, diction, breathing and rhythm of speech
  • body language and presence in frame
  • partner work and group interaction
  • improvisation and reacting in the moment
  • script analysis and preparation for shoots
  • working with direction and real on-set tasks

Each session is a mix of exercises, scene work, feedback and refinement.
Practice over theory
We do not separate acting from real work. Skills developed in class are directly applied during shoots, castings and FRAME LAB practice sessions.

This allows children to:
  • feel confident in unfamiliar situations
  • work naturally on camera
  • understand how acting functions inside real production processes
Brands, directors and casting teams value children who:

feel comfortable in front of the camera, stay present and focused under pressure, understand direction and adjust quickly, can work naturally, without stiffness or overacting.

Acting becomes a foundation for confident industry work.

04 - Dance / Movement
Movement, rhythm and body awareness for real work
Why it matters
Dance at LÁ TALENT LAB is not about choreography for the stage only. It is about free movement, coordination, rhythm and the ability to exist naturally in space — alone, with a partner and as part of a team.

We work with the body as a tool: to release physical blocks, develop confidence in movement and learn to respond quickly to tasks in real working conditions — from fashion shoots to video production.
Why it matters?

Ideas are communicated
In today's world, ideas are communicated visually. The ability to sketch, structure thoughts and tell stories through images helps children learn faster, think more clearly and express themselves with confidence.
Sketching is not about "drawing beautifully". It is about seeing connections, capturing ideas and shaping meaning.

Visual Thinking

Visual Storytelling

Better Learning

Practice-based approach
The focus is not on copying, but on thinking through drawing.
Classes are built around hands-on exercises and creative tasks. Children work with real themes, concepts and stories, learning to visualise ideas quickly and clearly.

Sketchbooks become personal visual diaries that grow together with the child.
These tools stay with children far beyond the classroom.

Illustrator, graphic designer and art educator.
Anna works with international projects in book illustration and commercial design, creates brand identities and exhibition visuals, and teaches children how to turn ideas into strong visual language. Her approach helps students feel free, confident and curious whilst developing real, applicable skills.
In the industry, movement is communication.

Do children with modeling experience still need to study at the school?
Yes. Even with prior experience, education gives structure and depth. Our program is built around comprehensive development: working in front of the camera, understanding direction, discipline, teamwork, and confidence. Experience becomes stronger when it is supported by regular practice and professional guidance.
01
What makes your school different from short-term courses or workshops?
We focus on consistency and real practice. Through FRAME LAB, students regularly work on real shooting scenarios inspired by industry briefs. This is not theory or one-off experiences, but a system that allows children to grow step by step and understand how the industry actually works.
02
How can a child join the agency?
For beginners, the most logical and effective path is through the school. Education allows us to see how a child works in practice: how they interact on set, respond to direction, and grow over time. This gives both the family and the agency a clear and honest foundation for further steps.
03
Do you work only locally or internationally as well?
We develop both local and international directions. Our agency works with partners in Russia, Europe, Turkey, Dubai, and Asia. International opportunities are built gradually and responsibly, based on readiness rather than ambition alone.
